Taipei City has implemented a long-service subsidy pilot program since 2025 to provide personal subsidies for full-time professionals and subsidies for operating units in six types of disability care service facilities to retain the manpower of disability care facilities in Taipei City.

Employees are eligible for long-service awards that can be accumulated up to 7 years, and they receive long-term grants ranging from NT$15,600 to NT$62,400 per year. In addition, operating units receive subsidies ranging from NT$8,400 to NT$33,600 based on the number of full-time professionals hired and their years of service. This is implemented to optimize the work environment of professionals and enhance their work benefits.
