To align with the long-term care policy of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, a contract and advance payment will be required for the city’s Long-Term Care Assistive Device Subsidies starting May 1, 2023. If you are in need of the Long-Term Care Assistive Device Subsidy, please obtain an approval number from the Assistive Technology Centers, then purchase or lease from the city’s designated vendors. For your convenience, we have implemented a one-stop service.
