Stay with 24(US): Helping others with Professionalism; Support Social Workers The Department of Social Welfare launched a series of activities to respond to Social Worker Day
Social Worker Day is observed on April 2nd. It has been 24 years Since the Social Worker law has been implemented; therefore, the Department of Social Welfare devises the theme of “Stay with 24 (us), under which the 2021 Taipei City Excellent Social Worker Award Ceremony is organized, in which 42 social workers nominated by both public and private sectors with outstanding performance are awarded. The Department also urges citizens to support social workers through recognition of their professionalism in helping others, which is resonant with the slogan of the theme, Helping others with Professionalism, Support Social Workers.
