What are the qualifications of the city’s Low and Medium Income family?
The qualifications including residents must registered permanent address and lived in Taipei City for more than 183 days for last year, and meet the following qualification. 1.Total income divided by all members of the household must below NT$19,461 per person per monthly. 2.Total personal property of the household including deposit, stock, or investment must below NT$150,000 in average per person. 3.Total real estate of the household holds must not worth more than NT$ 7,760,000.
