Following more intensive exchange with countries of the world in politics, economy, trade, society and culture, Taiwan people' vision of world has already converged with that from the other countries. Furthermore, a growing number of Taiwanese are getting married with foreigners, including people from mainland China. To take care of our new immigrants’ basic needs and rights, we set up a comprehensive counseling and assistant program, including financial assistance, day-care services, case management, consultation services, personal safety protection and other services.
