Commissioner of Department of Social Welfare, Taipei City Government Throws First Pitch for Wei Chuan Dragons to Promote Taipei's Parent-Child Centers!
On May 18 and 19, the Wei Chuan Dragons held a day for parents, kids, and pets, specially inviting the commissioner of the Department of Social Welfare as well as everyone's best friend, "TA-TA" to join the festivities at the stadium. In addition to an opening dance and throwing out the first pitch, " TA-TA " and Commissioner Yao Shu-wen interacted with parents and children at the spectator stands. Both adults and children were cordially invited to visit and play at 13 parent-child centers in Taipei City.
