The World Masters Games will be held in Asia for the first time in 2025. The games will be co-hosted by Taipei and New Taipei City, with support from Taoyuan City, Yilan County, Hsinchu County, and Hsinchu City. It is expected that 12,000 volunteers will be recruited for the event. The main target groups for recruitment include volunteers from social associations, universities and colleges, as well as volunteers with foreign language skills.
