31      The Department of Social Welfare, Taipei City Government conducted ABC Models of “Long-term care 2.0” in Daan, Shihlin and Neihu districts.
 
March
15      The Department of Social Welfare, Taipei City Government integrated private web communities and HCT Logistics to establish a disaster distribution center. People were invited to donate actual materials to simulate a huge quantity of donations through the “Bifrost System” when a disaster happened, which was unprecedented nationally.

12       Taipei City Government won the 9th “Government Service Quality Award” of Executive Yuan, R.O.C. with  two projects “Home Safety – Excellence in Quality Investigation and Optimized Preventive Management”  and “My Home – Taipei Senior Citizens’ Institutions interdisciplinary Care Service”.
 
October
29        The Department of Social Welfare, Taipei City Government conducted “Extending the Scope of Free  Charge for Senior Easycard”, in order to encourage senior citizens to participate in social activities. The  scope was extended from bus and taxi only to MRT, Maokong gondola and public facilities.
