01 The Department of Social Welfare launched the “Taipei City One-Stop Service Program for Victims of Sexual Assaults,” combining police administration, medical treatment, social welfare organizations and district attorneys to provide victims of sexual assaults a comprehensive, robust, one-stop service.

30 The Department of Social Welfare organized “the 2010 Social Workers Extraordinaire Commendation Ceremony and Achievements Exposition Taipei,” where 41 outstanding social workers were publicly commended for their dedication. The event was attended by 245 people.

15 The Department of Social Welfare held the Honoring the Elderly on the Double Ninth Festival: “Celebrating Chongyang Festival with Floral Colors.”
23 The Department of Social Welfare organized the 2010 National Community Development Community-Based Welfare Demonstration Fair and the Citation Ceremony for Outstanding Community Development Projects. 1,500 people were in attendance.
