Formerly known as the "Taipei Infant and Toddler Resource Circulation Center," the Taipei Toy Circulation Station was officially renamed in December 2024, featuring additional “Toy Exchange” and “Toy Clinic” services to encourage families with children to embrace a circular and shared economy of toy lending and swapping. The free toy lending service has long been popular among the public. The circulation station sees an average of 39,830 toys borrowed annually by 2,642 families with children. Every toy is carefully collected, sorted, professionally cleaned, and repaired through the circulation station, ensuring safe, engaging play experiences for the kids!The Taipei Toy Circulation Station also offers ride-on toy rentals—stop by, check them out, and take a test ride!

On January 16, Commissioner Yao Shu-wen, the Department of Social Welfare, Taipei City Government, visited the Taipei City Haoran Senior Citizens Home to extend heartfelt Lunar New Year greetings to the residents. Commissioner Yao expressed her sincere appreciation to the Taipei City Beef Noodles Development and Exchange Association for their generous donation and heartfelt care through tangible action. The Taipei City Beitou Women Support and Empowerment Center has been awarded the 2024 National Benchmark Women’s Center “Women Empowerment Award” by the Social and Family Affairs Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare. Mayor Chiang Wan-an noted that Taipei is home to 10 women’s centers across the city, each committed not only to supporting women and families in vulnerable situations, but also to developing tailored empowerment programs that respond to women’s needs across various life stages. This exhibition features works by members of the Yangming Home for the Disabled’s art club, who reimagine Confucius and the Six Arts—Rites, Music, Archery, Charioteering, Calligraphy, and Mathematics—liberating them from their classical confines and breathing new life into them through the brushstrokes and creativity of artists with disabilities. You'll discover that the Six Arts can be poetic, playful, and even delightfully offbeat.Every corner holds endless possibilities; every perspective deserves to be seen. As visitors wander through the exhibition, it feels as though they’ve stumbled upon Confucius at an unexpected turn in life’s journey.
